BG/SBLC -SELLER STARTS WITH PRE ADVICE

Contract. 2.Seller Bank sends RWA Email. 3 .Buyer Bank responds with RWA email. 4 .Seller Bank Sends MT 799 Pre Advice. 5 .Buyer Bank Sends MT 799 Payment Undertaking. 6. Seller Bank sends MT 760. 7. Buyer Bank Makes MT 103. 8 .Hard Copy follows. Few points : buyer bank and loc-Top-Bank Preferred. Seller wants buyer is the receiver, not a funder Buyer should have real fund and credit approved by its bank.No Shell company. Seller won't expect you get the BG as collateral to ask for the loan from funder and then pay back the seller. Chinese Banks are not accepted for 43+2 offer. There is another Contract with 45+2 .This is also Pre Advice First Procedure .45+2 Offer accepts Chinese Banks.Small Contract of 300M can be done for 45+2 Contract. MT-799 Blocked Funds PROGRAM:

1.This program is designed primarily for clients who unable to send 760. We understand that this LTV is quite low as it is designed for clients who do NOT want to send a MT-760. 3. The non-recourse LTV will be 3% to the client.   4. Most , but not all Non-Rated Banks qualify. 5. Payout from the proceeds of the Monetization is made in two tranches, beginning seven (7) Banking days after the instrument is Swifted by MT-760 and authenticated. The second tranche is sent seven banking days after the first tranche. PROCEDURES   1. client must be able to produce a RWA letter from the issuing bank . to submitted along with a Standard   CIS and the color copy of the client’s passport before a contract is issued.   2. client must certify that all the fees have been paid to the Issuing Bank at time of application. 3. We now offer a non-recourse LTV of between 15% up to 30 % for most bank instruments issued by non rated banks . PROCEDURES 1 - Both Parties sign a Non Recourse Loan Agreement. 2 - Applicant 's bank sent MT799 Pre - Advice to the receiving bank 3 - Funder receiving bang reply by MT799 Bank Payment Undertaking to the issuing bank 4 - Applicant Bank issue MT 790 SBLC 5 - Upon Authentication and Verification of the MT760, funder release payment by MT 103 to applicant designated account. LTV vary from 15 up to 30 % MINIMUM AMOUNT : 100 M USD or EUR To get a Non Recourse Loan Agreement , we need a CIS, a color copy of the client's passport and a current RWA letter from the issuing bank on the client name by email, NO REPLY WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT THESE DOCUMENTS . Due to issues concerning loss of fees, we have come to an agreement with our providers that all fees be paid directly to issuing bank . In light of this, see below new transaction procedures. Lease fee and purchase fee, remain the same. Issuing bank is Royal Bank of Scotland . Transaction is bank to bank 1) The Receiver sends letter of intent (LOI) to Provider. The LOI should contain copies of Receiver’s passport, Company’s resolution and Client’s Information Sheet (CIS), Company Registration and IMFPA. 2) The Provider countersigns this LOI and returns to Receiver with Provider’s company signatory’s passport, and this LOI automatically becomes a full commercial non- recourse contract. Both parties shall lodge the executed contract to their respective banks.   3)  Within 3 working days the Receiver will provide bank statement not more than a week old, signed by two bank officers showing availability of funds to pay fees 4)  After receipt of bank statement  provider
