Alan Jones and Scamwarners are an internet scammer. They look for unsuspecting companies then have so called concerned citizens post bogus information on them .....while you try to defend yourself, they post other lies......... Then........ Alan Jones comes on and Lies more and more about you. they post more false information about that company to make everyone think that the company is a scam!! Then....... They then say that for $5,000.00 they will research the LIES they POSTED.....!!!! They wanted to charge $5,000.00 to start a review with no clear end in sight. !!! They of course said this over the phone so I have no proof to post but I know I am not the only victim of their defamation plans... I am starting this thread so that others know they are LIARS and CHEATS. I know they have charged others money..... and if you fell vicitim to their defamation Scam then please post here so we can start a class action lawsuit to put them out of business. Due to Free

THE PROPOSED PAN ISLAND LINK 1 HIGHWAY PROJECT  The 19.5 km long PIL1 Highway is a dual 3-lane non-tolled highway and consists of viaduct sections (7.6 km), tunnel sections (10.1 km) and an embankment road section (1.8 km). Six interchanges (IC) have been proposed at key locations along the Highway viz. the LCE IC, Tun Awang IC, Relau IC, Paya Terubong IC, Utama IC and the Gurney IC (Figure 4.1) ES - 6 The Project is expected to commence in Early 2018 after all regulatory approvals have been obtained. It is scheduled for completion in End 2023 / Early 2024 over a construction period of 60 months.  #53510

Transaction Procedure

1.  The  Project Owner  submits a full intake package in English duly completed in all respects and signed with compliance package including bank rwa letter or a signed leased / owned bank instrument contract between the SBLC provider/issuer and the Project Owner  and/or swift fee payment receipt. 2.  Within two (2) banking days upon receipt of a full intake package, the Project Funder  issues Non-Recourse Project Funding (NRPF) Agreement with beneficiary bank coordinates. 3.  Within two (2) banking days upon receipt of a NRPF Agreement , the  Project Owner  will sign the NRPF Agreement and return to the Project Funder  with full isuing bank coordinates, copies of international passport, and company registration certificate. 4.  Within two (2) banking days upon receipt of the signed NRPF agreement, the Project Funder  will countersign the NRPF Agreement and return to the Project Owner  with copies of international passport and company registration certificate. 1.  Borrower signs this Letter of Intent with full banking coordinates and returns together with Client Information Sheet, board resolution, IMFPA  and scanned copy of their passport.   2.  Provider complete Due Diligence within 72 hours, countersigns and returns the Letter of Intent, along with Bank coordinate details and enlarged scanned copy of signatory passport. Mutually agreed that term of Project funding shall be for a maximum period of One (1) year and one day subject to mutually agreed renewal.
