Lease 6+3
TRANSACTION PROCEDURE 1. Lessor and Lessee execute, sign and initiate the Deed of Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse Contract (Agreement). 2 Within three (03) banking days, Provider‘s bank sends RWA via swift MT799 from Provider’s Issuing Bank to Beneficiary’s receiving bank. The Provider shall send a copy of the swift MT799 to Lessee‘s email for record purposes. 3. Within three (03) working days after receiving MT799 RWA from Provider’s Issuing Bank, Lessee shall make a down payment cash of €250,000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Euros) into Provider’s nominated bank account. 4. Within three (3) working days after receiving and confirming € 250,000.00 lessor shall cause his bank to issue and deliver BG/SBLC by Swift MT760 into Lessee’s bank account. Within Fifteen 15 banking days after receiving and verifying that MT760 (ICC600 or latest version), the Lessee’s bank will release Payment of lease cost and commission by MT103 of 6+3%
