We target companies with an Enterprise Value of US$3-10M seeking to sell a controlling stake
  • with honestly motivated sellers: Succession issues, conflict issues, spin-offs from large conglomerates
  • within profitable industries with attractive growth potential but limited key-man risk
  • Unlike buyout funds, we plans to acquire a single company and operate it full-time
