MT-799 Blocked Funds PROGRAM:
1.This program is designed primarily for clients
who unable to send 760. We understand that this LTV is quite low as it
is designed for clients who do NOT want to send a MT-760.
3. The non-recourse LTV will be 3% to the client.
4. Most , but not all Non-Rated Banks qualify.
5. Payout from the proceeds of the Monetization is made in two tranches, beginning seven (7) Banking days after the instrument is Swifted by MT-760 and authenticated. The second tranche is sent seven banking days after the first tranche.
PROCEDURES
1. client must be able to produce a RWA letter from the issuing bank .
to submitted along with a Standard CIS and the color copy of the client’s passport before a contract is issued.
2. client must certify that all the fees have been paid to the Issuing Bank at time of application.
3. This is private deal between client and monetizer. The monetizer will issue a Corporate Payment Undertaking guarantee payment.
4. The client must willing to send 799 within 2-3 Banking days of the execution of the contract
