Trade - Submission Requirements:

1.  Client data submission form stating a SWIFT MT760, SWIFT MT542 or administrative hold  in the blocking section.
2.  Compliance package dated within 3 days of submission.
3.  Copy of the instrument.
4.  BCL dated within 3 days of submission signed by 2 bank officers with PIN codes on bank letterhead with business cards attached.
5.  SWIFT MT760, SWIFT MT542 or administrative hold RWA letter signed by the same 2 bank officers on bank letterhead.
6.  Genealogy report listing the consultants to be paid commissions which will be used as the pay order for the IMFPA included in the contract.  Note:  commissions are paid by the platform from the platform profits.

Procedures:

1.  The investor submits as previously instructed.
2.  Upon successful due diligence, platform will issue an unsigned contract without banking coordinates within typically within 3 days.
3.  The investor must electronically sign the contract in blue ink and return via email to the platform within 3 days.
4.  The platform countersigns the contract with banking coordinates making the document a legal agreement within 3 days.
5.  The investor is instructed to send SWIFT  within 7 days.  Not performing is a legal breach of contract.
6.  The investor provides proof of sending SWIFT by providing the automating SWIFT answerback message AND a signed certified true copy SWIFT signed by 2 bank officers.
7.  The platform provides a special authorization to verify document to be signed by the investor to authenticate the sent SWIFT through the Brussels SWIFT system.
8.  Once the SWIFT is authenticated, a 3% or more advance will be offered and the trade starts with the first profit payment issued within  7 days and every week there after.

The contract will state all points but with more specific legal explanation.  The time frame from the beginning to first payment is typically up to the investor.   It will only take about a total of 7 days to issue then countersign the contract. Note that advances are only offered with SWIFT required programs.
