Sblc - Lease Procedure

LEASE PROCEDURE:
1. Lessor {Provider} and Lessee {Borrower} execute, sign and initiate the Deed of Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full recourse contract agreement. 
2. Within 3 days after both parties sign the Agreement, Provider’s bank issue RWA Letter via Bank secured email on issuing bank letter head, stamped and sealed by the two issuing bank officers to the receiving bank officer of the Lessee, confirming with full banking responsibility that we are ready, willing and able to issue the Bank Standby Letter of Credit requested by the lessee to the nominated bank account of the lessee.
3. Lessee bank officer will acknowledge to the lessee the RWA issued by the provider’s bank
4. Lessor will issue a corporate invoice signed and stamped to the Lessee for the payment of the Swift transmission charges to be paid immediately into the Seller’s nominated account (24 hours ultimatum).
5. Within 3 working days after confirmation of Swift transmission fees in Lessor’s nominated account, Lessor’s issuing bank within 2 banking days (48hours) will send Pre Advice MT799 to Lessee’s designated receiving bank.  
6. Upon receipt and confirmation of MT799 Swift by Lessee’s receiving bank,MT760 Swift will be sent bank to bank. Customer copy of all swift Transmissions is to be sent to borrower’s address. 
7. Lessee pays Lessor's leasing fee and broker’s commission fees not later than8 (eight)banking days after BG /SBLC MT-760 Swift has been confirmed and verified by Lessee receiving bank, BG /SBLC MT-760 hard copy which will be delivered via Bank Bonded Courier service within 3-7 calendar days upon receipt of leasing fee and commission.  Should Lessee default to pay the leasing fees to the Lessor and the broker’s commission fees as agreed after 8 (eight)banking days of confirmation of SBLC MT760 in lessee’s bank account, Lessor will instruct the issuing bank to put a claim on the SBLC thereby forcing the Lessee's bankers to return the SBLC MT760 to the issuing Bank.

 NOTE: NON PERFORMED PARTY WITHIN THE TIME SCHEDULE WILL PAY PENALTY OF 1% OF THE CONTRACT VALUE AND HIS PASSPORT AND COMPLETE INFORMATION DETAIL WILL BE LODGE FOR INTEROGATION WITH FBI/ICC/INTERPOL. TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE ONLY AFTER SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION OF MT760 SWIFT BY BENEFICIARY BANK AND UPON COMPLETE PAYMENT OF ALL FEES

Bank transmission fee for 41m to-100m is   /EURO    70,000,00
Bank transmission fee for 101m to-150m is   /EURO  100,000,00
Bank transmission fee for 151m to 400m is /EURO  200,000.00
Bank transmission fee for 401m to-900m is /EURO  300,000.00
Bank transmission fee for 900 m and above. Is /EURO 500,000.00
