METHOD OF FUNDS COMMITMENT:

Transfer to own Name Account in Trader’s Bank,Trader will arrange Account Opening to open an account in the name of and under the control of the “Transaction Investor” bank in Switzerland.

The Investor’s Cash Funds will be blocked by internal instruction for a period of 13 Months.

INDICATIVE PROFIT/YIELD

up to 25% per week or greater depending upon the Investor’s Funds Value.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION;

The Client must provide:
Current PoF+Copy Passport of Signatory etc. Full KYC/CIS etc. in the format required by the Trader
The Client must have an identifiable Bank Officer to verify - authenticate - & confirm the availability of the Client’s Funds.

N.B.: Clients with Internet only Accounts may have issues requiring alternative resolution.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURES

1. Client provide the Application KYC Package with a
current verifiable POF + ATV the PoF
2. Trader’s Bank verifies the Client identity + the Funds
3. Account Opening Documentation is provided
4 Account Opening documentation is filed with the Bank
5. Bank Officer confirms the Account is open and operative subject to receipt of funds
6. Funds are transferred – and a copy of the instruction is sent on
As soon as funds arrive a meeting is arranged with the Trader
to sign the Contract and Bank Instructions - in Switzerland.
7. Trading commences
8. Payments are made to the Investor where required to be sent

INTRODUCER TRANSACTION FEES
The Trader usually pays a Fee of 10% of Client Income/Profits to Introducers NOT being paid separately by the Investor and it is not possible to receive fees from both sides.
This Fee is split: 50/50 Trade Side/Client Side.

N.B.: Subject to Modification - Change - Availability etc.

REMINDER NOTE:

1) An Application is not a Commitment and that all potential and proposed transactions are “Subject To Contract” and that no Applicant can guarantee acceptance or acceptability by the Transaction Counter Party and no Applicant is required to sign any Contract with the Transaction Counter Party that the Applicant does not feel entirely comfortable with.

2) The Applicant and the Applicant’s Depository Bank and Funds must be acceptable to Compliance for any transaction.

3) Only the Owner of the Funds and the person who is the Signatory on the Funds Account at the Depository Bank can Issue and Sign the Application and Compliance Documentation and is the only party permitted to sign the Transaction Contract.

4) No Power of Attorneys, Mandates, Joint Ventures or similar accepted.

5) No normal Buy-Sell or Private Placement Transaction can normally be carried out using Leased or Rented Funds or Funds derived from the Funds of Third Parties etc.

6) Most Traders and Trade Platforms will only accept their own pre-approved format Application and Compliance Documentation - not Client/Investor/Third Party Documentation - or any changed verbiages etc.

7) Each document submitted must be signed/initialled in Blue Ink - page by page No digital signatures/initials are ever acceptable.

8) The Trader or the Trader’s Representative, the Trader/Trade Platform and Trade Bank Compliance must be provided with full unrestricted access to verify the Funds, their Free and Clear Transactional Status, the Signatory Control over them, the Depositor Bank’s ability to take Client instruction and carry out such instructions to commit the Funds to the proposed Transaction, and any restriction or failure to co-operate will render an Application unacceptable.
