The quality of the Products shall meet the Export Specification. The Export Specification of the Products shall comply with Russian Standard GOST 305-82 Gas Oil Quality of the Goods, each tanker party, will be defined by the Independent Inspector in the port of loading, and to be specified in the Certificate of quality issued by the Independent Inspector The quality of the Products as stated in the Certificate of Quality issued by the Independent Inspector shall be final and binding upon both parties except for fraud or manifest error. Sampling shall be done in accordance with the standard international procedure. The samples shall be drawn, thoroughly mixed, filled into not less than six bottles and sealed. One part of these samples filled into not less than two bottles and sealed by the Independent Inspector is to be placed on board of the tanker under the Master’s care and to be delivered to the Buyer.
