TRANSACTION PROCEDURE 1. Lessor and Lessee execute, sign and initiate the Deed of Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse Contract (Agreement). 2 Within three (03) banking days, Provider‘s bank sends RWA via swift MT799 from Provider’s Issuing Bank to Beneficiary’s receiving bank. The Provider shall send a copy of the swift MT799 to Lessee‘s email for record purposes. 3. Due to issues concerning loss of fees, we have come to an agreement with our providers that all fees be paid directly to issuing bank . In light of this, see below new transaction procedures. Lease fee and purchase fee, remain the same. Issuing bank is Royal Bank of Scotland . Transaction is bank to bank 1) The Receiver sends letter of intent (LOI) to Provider. TRANSACTION PROCEDURES 1. Buyer submits Letter Of Intent (LOI) with full banking coordinates (there must be sufficient cash funds in this account), Enlarged 140% Colour copy of Passport , Client Information Sheet , Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable), Corporate Resolution (if applicable), Non-Solicitation Statement, and an Irrevocable Fee Protection Agreement . 2. After conducting due diligence, the Seller will countersign the LOI and return it to Buyer including details of the BG Issuing bank, and Seller’s Passport copy. CLOSING PROCEDURES :  1. Both parties (Lessor and Lessee) execute,sign and initiate the Agreement. 2. Within 2 banking days after both parties sign the Agreement,Lessee shall issue the bank proof of fund or BCL to the Lessor showing capability to pay for the issuance cost of Swift MT 760 SBLC .The POF or BCL by the bank must not be more than 3 days old upon submission.The Lessor’s bank shall verify the BCL with the Lessee’s Bank via either e-mail,phone calls or Swift Message exchanges. 3. Within 2 banking days upon receipt of the POF or BCL from the Lessee,Lessor shall instruct his bank to issue a Swift Message MT 799 pre-advice  to the Lessee. 4. Transaction Procedure. 1. Lessee Submits DOA, LOI, CIS, PASSPORT, Current dated Bank Comfort Letter, Copy of    Certificate of Incorporation and Bank Details. 2. Provider will conduct Due Diligence and upon successful Due Diligence the DOA will be     signed/counter signed between lessor and the lessee . 3. The Lessor will then send MT799 pre advice. 4. The Lessee’s bank replies with RWA / ICBPO or payment guarantee of 12+3 % and the     transmission fees, payable in 5-7 business days after MT760 receipt . 5.
