Under this option, no fees are paid directly to TFCI or ATFCC before issuance. Instead, the client secures the full fee amount using one of the following methods in Dubai:
a. Escrow Account with Our Nominated Lawyers
The client places the full issuance fee into an escrow account. The funds are released to us only after the instrument is issued.
b. Cashier’s or Manager’s Cheque
The client provides a cashier’s cheque or manaofter’s cheque to our lawyers in Dubai. The cheque is handed over to us only after the instrument has been issued.
c. Dubai E-Bank Account
The client opens a personal or business e-bank account with one of our partner banks in Dubai and deposits the full issuance fee. The account will be debited only after the instrument is issued.
For transactions where the total issuance fee is USD 25,000 or below, the client is required to pay the full fee before the instrument is issued.
If the client chooses to use the escrow option, they must be prepared to cover the lawyer’s escrow fee of up to USD 5,000.
For transactions with issuance fees of USD 50,000 or more, clients may opt for a split payment structure, paying part of the fee before issuance and the balance after issuance, as agreed.
